Azure at Lisbon by Design Week 2025

Two Spaces, One Essence

At this year’s Lisbon by Design, Azure invited visitors to move between two worlds, distinct yet connected, through the debut of Duas em Uma and the latest pieces from the Spring collection.

Together, these collections created a living dialogue between East and West, silence and rhythm, stillness and movement.

Duas em Uma offered a space of contemplation, inspired by Japanese restraint and the quiet depth of becoming. Woven textiles in natural tones evoked the inner thresholds of transformation, an homage to the duality of carrying life within and the beauty of what is unseen.

Across from it, Spring celebrated form and clarity through the lens of Portuguese modernism. Bold geometry, deep ultramarine, and tactile imperfection came together to express renewal and the balance between order and freedom.

Moving between these two spaces was an act of self-recognition, an experience of how one can inhabit many parts within a single whole. Azure’s presentation became not only an exhibition but a meditation on duality, presence, and the art of becoming.

We are proud to have partnered with Santo Infante and Ursula Ceramics for this installation, two collaborators who, like us, celebrate craft as both tradition and evolution.
